摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control device of an deposited ash removing device capable of preventing heat transfer failure, and draft failure due to blockage of a gas flow channel, and improving fuel economy and equipment life. <P>SOLUTION: This operation control device 30 of the deposited ash removing device 21 for removing ash deposited on a heat transfer tube 9 in a boiler, includes a probe 23 disposed in the boiler, and a temperature adjusting means 40 for adjusting a temperature of the probe 23 by a refrigerant so that a surface temperature of the probe 23 becomes same as a surface temperature of the heat transfer tube 9, thus an ash deposition state on the heat transfer tube 9 is simulated by the probe 23, an ash deposition on the heat transfer tube 9 can be quantitatively determined by acquiring the information indicating state change of the probe 23 by an information acquiring means 29, and the operation of the deposited ash removing device 21 which has been adjusted on the basis of operator's experience and inspection after the operation of the boiler, can be executed corresponding to the actual ash deposition state of the heat transfer tube 9 by a control means 50 during the operation of the boiler. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
