The present invention relates to a preparation process of a high basic polyaluminum coagulant, which is characterized by comprising: a first step of manufacturing low basic polyaluminum chloride (LBPAC) having contents of aluminum oxide of 15-18 wt% and basicity of 30-40% by reacting and aging 200-300 parts by weight of hydrochloric acid (HCl) of concentration of 10-35 wt% at 140-160°C under 2-5 kgf/cm^2 for nine hours; a second step of preparing a low basic polyaluminum chloride by adding 800-1200 parts by weight of water for controlling concentration after cooling the low basic polyaluminum chloride completing the reaction to 20-50°C; and a third step of manufacturing high basic polyaluminum chloride (HBPAC) by mixing 40-60 wt% of low basic polyaluminum chloride (LBPAC) aqueous solution manufactured in the second step, 10-20 wt% of aluminate soda (NaAl(OH)_4), 1-5 wt% of sodium sulfate (NA_2SO_4), and 15-20 wt% hydrochloric acid (HCl) having concentration of 2 wt%, and reacting at 40-70°C for eight hours. |
