Provided is a method for accurately decoding whether a start and an end of a video filmed by a mobile phone are edited or not. The method comprises the following steps: delivering a signal between a storage device of a mobile phone camera module and a central processing unit (CPU); delivering a signal between the CPU and a direct memory access (DMA) controller; delivering data reading between the DMA controller and the storage device of the camera module; delivering data reading/writing between the DMA controller and internal/external storage devices; and delivering data writing between the DMA controller and a display device.
