The present invention relates to a blocking apparatus installed in a manhole for blocking an odor, and for smoothly performing opening and closing operation of a rotating plate for drainage due to foreign materials flowing in with rain water. According to the present invention, the bottom of a body including an outlet is formed to be flat in a floor, and a rotating plate in the form of a plate divided into two is hinged to be elastically supported by an elastic means and mounted to be automatically folded. If some degree of rain water is collected in an accommodating space, rotating plates are opened at a time by weight of accommodated rain water. As foreign materials are discharged with the accommodated rain water at the same time, opening and closing operation of the rotating plate can be smoothly performed. |
