摘要 An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display includes: a substrate; and a plurality of pixels positioned on the substrate. Each pixel includes a thin film transistor positioned on the substrate, an interlayer insulating layer and a light path control layer positioned on the thin film transistor, a first electrode positioned on the light path control layer and connected to the thin film transistor, an organic emission layer positioned on the first electrode, and a second electrode positioned on the organic emission layer, and the light path control layer includes a first control layer, a second control layer having a larger refractive index than the first control layer, and a middle layer having the same refractive index as the first control layer.
