HAPTIC ACCELERATION PADAL FOR VEHICLES

Disclosed is a haptic acceleration pedal for a vehicle, allowing a driver to feel the time interval between steps on the acceleration pedal and depth of a pushed acceleration pedal through the driver′s body condition when the driver steps on the acceleration pedal to accelerate the vehicle, thereby inducing the driver to have a habit to perform a stable and effective drive. The haptic acceleration pedal installed on the vehicle to allow acceleration of the vehicle depending on the degree of pushing the pedal by the driver comprises: a base installed on the vehicle; a pushed plate rotated on the base at a predetermined angle to control acceleration of the vehicle depending on the depth of the pushed pedal; and a rotary connecting the base with a connection shaft of the pressed plate. The rotary member includes a first rotation plate and a second rotation plate. The first rotation plate has protruding members installed thereon at predetermined intervals according to a predetermined angle in such a manner that the protruding members are elastically supported inside and have each part protruding to the outside. The second rotating plate has stopping grooves corresponding to the protruding members and allows the protruding members to be led in the stopping grooves when the first rotating plate is rotated.
