The present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus for providing a virtual plastic SNS. The apparatus for providing a virtual plastic SNS comprises: a three-dimensional face model generating unit which generates a three-dimensional face model with a portable camera image; a three-dimensional face model database managing unit which stores and manages the three-dimensional face model and a virtual plastic result to share with people on SNS; a virtual plastic simulation unit which allows a user to directly undergo a virtual plastic surgery by using a specific face portion of a shared model of a friend or a specific face portion of an entertainer; and a social network service unit which allows the user to be boastful of the simulation result, or connects to experts for professional consultation.
