Provided are a polyamideimide resin having appropriate alkali-solubility to be dissolved even in the case that 1.0 wt% of a sodium carbonate solution is used as an alkali solution, and a method for manufacturing the same. As a polyamideimide resin is obtained by reacting a reaction material (α), containing imides (A) and diisocyanate compounds (h), the imides (A) is obtained by reacting diamine compounds (B) with acid anhydride (C).The diamine compounds (B) contain polyoxyalkylenediamine (a) and diamine with a carboxyl group (b); the acid anhydride (C) for obtaining the imides (A) contains cyclohexane-1,2,4-tricaboxyl acid-1,2-anhydride (e); and the polyamideimide resin contains a carboxyl group and has a solid acid value of 30 mgKOH/g or higher. |
