The present invention relates to a smart mooring management apparatus comprising: a mooring device which provides a management service to a ship moored at a berthing facility and generates management information according to the provided management service; a main server which receives the management information from a mooring device, and stores the management information; and a user terminal which receives the management information from the main server, and outputs the management information.
