The present invention discloses a method for recording variable-size data. The method includes the steps of: enabling a first processor to receive a read parameter including information regarding a read address value of the data stored in an external memory read by a second processor from the second processor; comparing the read address value obtained from the received read parameter and a record address value of the data recorded in the external memory in advance by the first processor; and having the first processor to determine whether to transmit data to the second processor based on the comparison result. Therefore, the present invention can reduce the load consumed to control the variable-size data, and efficiently utilize a limited memory.
