PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which multi-gradation display can be realized by reducing voltage fluctuation of pixels.SOLUTION: A display device includes: a plurality of source signal lines arranged in parallel; a plurality of gate signal lines 30 arranged in parallel so as to cross the source signal lines; and a pixel electrode 70, to which signal voltage of the source signal line is applied through a transistor 40, by using an oxide semiconductor provided in the vicinity of a cross portion of the source signal line and the gate signal line. In the display device, a side edge portion of the pixel electrode provided between an adjacent pair of source signal lines is superimposed on a side edge portion of the source signal line, and overlapped area with one source signal line 10 is made equal to overlapped area with the other source signal line 20. |
