PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device capable of preventing an input error efficiently.SOLUTION: The input device according to one embodiment comprises: a flexible touch panel; a contact position detection part; a deformation position detection part; an input rejection area determination part; and an input signal generation part. The touch panel has a sensor area which an object contacts. The contact position detection part detects a contact position to the sensor area. The deformation position detection part detects a deformation position whose deformation amount is equal to or more than a threshold, in the sensor area. The input rejection area determination part determines an input rejection area where input is rejected in the sensor area, based on the deformation position. The input signal generation part does not set a detection signal as an input signal when there is contact in the input rejection area of the touch panel, and sets the detection signal as the input signal when there is contact in an area other than the input rejection area in the sensor area, based on the contact position detected by the contact position detection part, and input rejection area determined by the input rejection area determination part. |
