<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a task of obtaining an image with high image quality wherein no dispersion between imaging areas exists. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus is provided, which is characterized in to include: an imaging element formed by applying divided exposures for a plurality of number of times to at least one of a semiconductor layer, a color filter layer, and a micro lens layer and on one and same semiconductor substrate; and a correction means for correcting the dispersion among a plurality of partial imaging areas formed by the divided exposures implemented for a plurality of the number of times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
