According to an embodiment of the present invention, a sap concentration apparatus includes: a sediment filter which receives sap and discharges filtered water; a reverse osmosis membrane filter which receives the filtered water, discharges processed water through a first outlet, concentrates the filtered water, and discharges the concentrated water to a second outlet; a first pump which supplies the sap to the sediment filter at a first pressure; and a second pump which supplies the filtered water to the reverse osmosis membrane filter at a second pressure higher than the first pressure. |
