PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection device for projecting stereoscopically viewable images, which is more compact and projects higher definition images compared with a product that does not have a configuration of the present invention.SOLUTION: A projection device (1) projects a stereoscopically viewable image by scanning laser light comprising at least a set of red, green, and blue rays and includes; a light source unit (10) which emits the laser light; a scanning unit (32) which two-dimensionally scans a projection area with the laser light; and a microlens array (34) which comprises a plurality of microlenses, to which the laser light being scanned by the scanning unit enters, and produces a situation where a field of positionally and directionally controlled light rays is emitted from each point on surfaces of the microlenses in accordance with an image to be projected by altering exit angles of the laser lights depending on incident angles thereof to the microlenses. |
