The present invention provides a system-on-chip (SoC) and a power control method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system-on-chip (SoC) including at least one intellectual property and a bus includes: an IP-bus activity monitor which measures an activity rate based on the operation information of each IP, compares the measured activity rate with a preset activity threshold value, and generates a first voltage control signal for each IP based on the comparison result; and a voltage regulator which supplies a voltage to each IP based on the generated first voltage control signal.
