PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a value of user information with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An information transaction device is one example of a calculation device, and includes a specification degree calculation section and a value calculation section. The specification degree calculation section calculates a specification degree which is a degree of specifying an information provider with user information to be transacted between the information provider who provides the user information and an information user who uses the user information. The value calculation section calculates a value of the user information, on the basis of the specification degree calculated by the specification degree calculation section.
