Provided is a cooling device which is compact and lightweight and which can exhibit a sufficient cooling effect. A cooling device is configured in such a manner that a housing for forming the device body has, provided therein: an air blowing means; an electric power source section which drives the air blowing section; a discharge opening extending between the inside and outside of the housing; and a cooling section provided removably, the cooling section being connectable to both the air blowing means and the discharge opening and being covered with a heat insulating material. The cooling section is configured to be provided with: a cooling fin section comprising a hollow structure which has openings at the opposite ends thereof in the longitudinal direction and having partition walls tilted alternately in the transverse direction of the inside of the hollow structure; a case disposed so as to cover the outer periphery of the cooling fin section; and a cooling agent placed so as to be interposed between the cooling fin section and the case and cooling air which flows through the inside of the cooling fin section. |
