<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag that includes a rewritable display portion and that is capable of rewriting display in a shorter communication time by only rewriting a display area requiring rewriting.SOLUTION: An RFID tag includes a control unit 13 and an antenna coil 14 inside a tag body 12, and the tag body 12 has a rewritable display portion 15. The display portion 15 has at least two or more display areas 16. Each display area 16 is provided with a non-volatile display medium 17 which is individually rewritable. By individually rewriting a display content of each non-volatile display medium 17, display contents of the whole display of the display portion 15 can be changed. This enables the RFID tag to reduce the amount of display data transmitted by a reader writer 2 at a time of rewriting display, in comparison with rewriting the whole of the display portion 15, and to reduce the power necessary to rewrite the non-volatile display media 17. Thus, the RFID tag being capable of rewriting display in a short communication time.</p> |
