<p>A monitoring system provided with a monitoring terminal device (10) and a central monitoring device (20) capable of establishing communication via a telecommunication network (30), wherein the monitoring terminal device (10) is provided with a position detection means (15) and an image generation means (12) for generating a set of image information by capturing the periphery of a moving body (V) by means of an in-vehicle camera (11), and acquires the set of image information, in which a target to be primarily monitor is enlarged, at a timing in which the moving body (V) is at a position to be primarily monitored or in the vicinity thereof on the basis of a primary monitor command containing a set of primary monitoring target information designating the target to be primarily monitored and the position to be primarily monitored for monitoring the target to be primarily monitored. The central monitoring device (20) is provided with an information inputting means (23) for inputting the monitoring information outputted from the monitoring terminal device (10), and a display means (24) for displaying a set of map information from a map database and for displaying the position information on the map information.</p> |
