<p>The present invention provides a hoist for an elevator and the elevator with the same. Load of a bolt for mounting is reduced through bearing the load of a fixed iron core, the integral dimension can be reduced. An electromagnetic brake device (20) is arranged beside a position right above a brake drum (11). The electromagnetic brake device (20) is provided with the components of: a brake pad (24); a movable iron core (22) which is provided with the brake pad (24) through a brake boot (25); the fixed iron core (21) which sucks the movable iron core (22); a spring part (27) which presses the movable iron core (22) to the side of the brake drum (11) so that the movable iron core (22) is separated from the fixed iron core (21); and mounting bolts (23) which are used for mounting the fixed iron core (21) on a brake accommodating part (10A). An abutting part (10B) is arranged on the brake accommodating part (10A). The abutting part (10B) abuts against a preset area (L2) which is in the side surface of the fixed iron core (21) and is at the opposite side of the movable iron core (22).</p> |
