The present invention relates to an electrochemical sensor and, more specifically, to an electrochemical biosensor using a sensing system comprising: a working electrode including an active surface modified through a linker; and an auxiliary electrode. The sensor according to the present invention has a high current value when compared with an existing sensor, retains excellent stability and sensitivity, and thus can be easily used for sensing various kinds of biomaterials. |
