<p>A rotary joint device (60) includes an outer cylinder (61) including a plurality of cylindrical blocks (61a, 61b, 61c, 61d, 61e) combined in an axial direction; a rotating shaft (63) rotatably supported in the outer cylinder (61) by two bearing (62a, 62b) that are disposed away from each other in the axial direction of the outer cylinder (61); at least one fluid channel (71a, 71b, 71c, 71d, 71e) formed in each of the cylindrical blocks (61a, 61b, 61c, 61d, 61e) of the outer cylinder (61), each of the fluid channels (71a, 71b, 71c, 71d, 71e) having an opening in an inner peripheral surface of a corresponding one of the cylindrical blocks (61a, 61b, 61c, 61d, 61e); and a connection groove (72a, 72b, 72c, 72d, 72e, 73a, 73b, 73c, 73d, 73e) provided so as to correspond to each of the fluid channels (71a, 71b, 71c, 71d, 71e) and formed in at least one of an inner peripheral surface (64a, 64b, 64c, 64d, 64e) of a corresponding one of the cylindrical blocks (61a, 61b, 61c, 61d, 61e) and an outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft (63) facing the inner peripheral surface (64a, 64b, 64c, 64d, 64e), each of the connection grooves (72a, 72b, 72c, 72d, 72e, 73a, 73b, 73c, 73d, 73e) having an annular shape and communicating with a corresponding one of the fluid channels (71a, 71b, 71c, 71d, 71e), the fluid channels (71a, 71b, 71c, 71d, 71e) in the outer cylinder (61) and fluid channels (74a, 74b, 74c, 74d, 74e) formed in the rotating shaft (63) so as to communicate with the connection grooves (72a, 72b, 72c, 72d, 72e, 73a, 73b, 73c, 73d, 73e) communicating with each other through the connection grooves (72a, 72b, 72c, 72d, 72e, 73a, 73b, 73c, 73d, 73e). The rotary joint device (60) further includes a plurality of attachment grooves (81) formed at a plurality of positions in an outer peripheral surface of the outer cylinder (61), each of the attachment grooves (81) being formed so as to straddle a pair of adjacent cylindrical blocks (61a, 61b, 61c, 61d, 61e) and so as to be exposed from the outer peripheral surface of the outer cylinder (61), each of the attachment grooves (81) having a bottom surface (2) that is machined to form a flat surface in a state in which the pair of cylindrical blocks (61a, 61b, 61c, 61d, 61e) are combined; and a plurality of positioning blocks (80) corresponding to the plurality of attachment grooves (81) on a one-to-one basis and each having an attachment phase that is uniquely set with respect to a corresponding one of the attachment grooves (81) in the axial direction and in a circumferential direction of the outer cylinder (61), each of the positioning blocks (80) having an attachment surface (83) corresponding to the bottom surface (82) of a corresponding one of the attachment grooves (81), the attachment surface (83) being machined so as to form a flat surface.</p> |
