The present invention relates to an air cooler. According to the present invention, the air cooler comprises: a bottom plate arranged on a bottom; a housing in the form of a container installed in the upper end of the bottom plate, and including a lower housing having an air inlet in the lower end along the circumference of an outer circumferential surface and an upper housing installed in the upper side of the lower housing and having an air outlet; a cooling part arranged inside the air inlet, and equipped with a storage container into which ice or a cooling pack can be inserted for cooling air inhaled from the air inlet; a blowing part including a vertical pan vertically installed inside the upper housing for blowing air to an outside, a horizontal pan installed in parallel in the lower end of the vertical pan for blowing air to the vertical pan, and a power supply part installed in the inner upper end of the lower housing for supplying rotary power to the vertical pan and the horizontal pan; a blocking layer combined to be slid in a circumferential direction in one side of the upper housing for controlling a blowing direction by selectively blocking the air outlet; and a cover part for sealing the upper end of the upper housing. The air cooler of the present invention has effects of selectively controlling the direction of wind by using a blocking layer and a height controlling part, and thereby increasing convenience of a user and improving utilization efficiency of electric power. |
