The present invention relates to a lending management system and a lending method using the same and, more specifically, to a lending management system and a lending method using the same, capable of lending for a credit dealing account or a stock mortgage loan account and capable of substitute evaluation for lent stocks. The lending management system comprises: a lending full DB which is registered with a stock lendable account with respect to at least one cash dealing account, at least one credit dealing account, and at least one stock mortgage loan account; a lending request receiving module which receives, when there is a lending request for stocks from the outside, the lending request; a lending executing module which executes, when there is a lending request from the outside, lending for non-lent stocks included in the cash dealing account, stocks included in the credit dealing account, bought by cash, and provided by no mortgage, or stocks included in the stock mortgage load account, bought by cash, and provided by no mortgage; a substitute evaluation value calculating module which calculates a substitute evaluation value for stocks on which the lending is executed by the lending executing module; and a balance displaying module which displays the substitute evaluation value calculated by the substitute evaluation value calculating module together with the information about the stocks on a screen. |
