PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of using power among a plurality of clusters (users).SOLUTION: A power transfer system 1 includes: a first cluster unit that is to be a power reception point of a commercial power system 2 to receive commercial power supply from the commercial power system 2; and a second cluster unit that receives commercial power supply through the first cluster unit. Each of the first cluster unit and the second cluster unit comprises: a power generation apparatus and a load apparatus; or a power storage apparatus and a load apparatus. When power is mutually transferred, through a shared power supply path, between the first cluster unit and the second cluster unit and between a plurality of the second cluster units; the power transfer system 1 selects, on the basis of a predetermined condition, a first control mode in which power transfer is controlled on the basis of information acquired from the first cluster unit or the second cluster unit through a communication network or the second control mode in which the power transfer is controlled on the basis of information acquired from the first cluster unit or the second cluster unit through the power supply path. |
