<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a power of a battery, which is used in a protected load in association with idling stop.SOLUTION: A power supply device for a vehicle includes: a first electric power path L1 of which one end is connected to a protected load 16; a second electric power path L2 of which one end is connected a starter motor 14, an electric generator 15 and a battery 11; a third electric power path L3 of which one end is connected to a power storage part 12 for storing a regenerative electric power of the electric generator 15; a connection point P at which respective other ends of the first to the third electric power paths L1 to L3 are connected to one another; a switch 5 which closes the second electric power path L2 in an on-state and closes the second electric path L2 in an off-state; and a control part 4 which changes the switch 5 between the on-state and off-state. When idling stop is started in the vehicle, the control part switches the switch 5 off, whereby an electric power of the power storage part 12 is supplied to the protected load 16 via the third electric power path L3 and the first electric power path L1. After the idling stop is ended and the starter motor 14 is once driven and stopped, the control part 4 switches the switch 5 on.</p> |
