PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design method of a fluidized-bed reactor, in which precise temperature control of the temperature instability type fluidized-bed reactor is realized. ! SOLUTION: The design method of the fluidized-bed reactor is used for the temperature instability type fluidized-bed reactor having: a plurality of temperature detection parts; plural series of heat removal tubes for cooling; and such a temperature control system that the amount of a cooling medium to be made to pass through the heat removal tubes is adjusted by moving a control valve stepwise.
