<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable composition for coating a resin substrate that can exhibit excellent matte appearance and is inhibited from phase separation.SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable composition for coating a resin substrate includes (A) a water dispersion type active energy ray-curable urethane resin, (B) an active energy ray-curable compound other than the component (A), (C) a water-dispersed active energy ray polymerization initiator, and (D) water. Based on 100 pts.mass of the total of the component (A) and the component (B), the blending amount of the component (A) is not less than 10 pts.mass to not more than 100 pts.mass; the blending amount of the component (B) is not less than 0 pt.mass to not more than 90 pts.mass; the blending amount of the component (C) is not less than 2 pts.mass to not more than 30 pts.mass; and the blending amount of the component (D) is not less than 20 pts.mass to not more than 1,000 pts.mass.</p> |
