<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive pellet for purifying water capable of maintaining antibacterial property and organic matter degradability, since photocatalyst titanium apatite is not peeled off from a pellet surface semi-permanently.SOLUTION: In a pellet 1 in which the whole outer peripheral surface of a core layer 2 is covered with a sheath layer 3, only the sheath layer 3 contains photocatalyst titanium apatite, and outer peripheral end parts 3a, 3b of the sheath layer 3 are blocked by thermal fusion of a polymer contained in the sheath layer 3.</p> |
