PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for efficiently transmitting uplink data in Dual Connectivity.SOLUTION: A user device has a Dual Connectivity function which simultaneously communicates with a plurality of base stations, and has: a transmission buffer storing uplink data to be transmitted; a buffer state management part managing a data amount stored to the transmission buffer; and a transmission control unit which receives split trigger information showing a threshold with respect to the data amount stored to the transmission buffer and a first base station that transmits the uplink data stored to the transmission buffer when the stored data amount is equal to the threshold or smaller, and selects from the plurality of base stations a base station to transmit the uplink data stored in accordance with whether or not the data amount stored to the transmission buffer is equal to or smaller than the threshold. |
