摘要 The present invention relates to a microfluidic chip for immunoassay wherein the microfluidic chip for immunoassay comprises: (a) a first region on which an electrode drawing is printed by using a conductive ink and ink-jet printing; and (b) a second region which has an antibody fixed against an antigen to be detected within an analytic sample (i), an antigen for an antibody to be detected within an analytic sample (ii), or an antigen to be detected within an analytic sample (iii), and in which an antigen-antibody immune response occurs. The first region is in contact with a fluid selected from a group comprising: an analytic sample, a blocking buffer solution, an antibody, and a washing buffer; the first region is in contact with the second region; and the fluid in contact with the first region flows to the second region by means of an electrowetting method.
