The present invention relates to a rod-shaped sausage comprising eggs as a main ingredient. The sausage in the present invention has excellent flavor and texture, ensures a long-term distribution, and is prepared by stirring after mixing ground onion, dried green laver powder, dried shrimp powder, and ground salted shrimp with eggs and then heating after filling the same into a sausage casing. According to the present invention, it is possible to produce an instant eatable egg-processed food which has a unique appearance and texture, to expand an associated market by diversifying the egg-processed food, and to promote consumption of eggs, thereby acquiring effects of activating poultry farming and associated industries thereof. |
