<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication priority setting device, a method and a program for improving communication quality, felt by a user, related to communication traffic quality which is caused by a user terminal in a communication network.SOLUTION: A communication priority setting device 10: extracts a packet in communication traffic; configures a communication flow of the communication traffic on the basis of information on an extracted packet, to store into a communication flow storage unit 31; judges whether or not the communication traffic occurs on the basis of a user operation at a user terminal, on the basis of the configured communication flow; classifies the communication traffic, judged to occur on the basis of the user operation at the user terminal, into foreground traffic, to set to increase priority; and classifies the communication traffic, judged not to occur on the basis of the user operation at the user terminal, into background traffic, to set to decrease priority.</p> |
