<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control device capable of shortening extra waiting time of an elevator user.SOLUTION: An elevator control device includes: storage means 5; voice recognition means 6; calculation means 8; and door control means 11. The storage means 5 stores a floor name of a building in which an elevator is installed. The voice recognition means 6 recognizes the voice by the one beat unit by comparing voice inputted into voice input means 3 for receiving voice input with the floor name stored in the storage means 5 by the one beat unit. The calculation means 8 determines whether the recognition result by one beat unit by the voice recognition means 6 is valid or invalid as words for constituting the floor name. The door control means 11, when the recognition result by the one beat unit is determined to be valid by the calculation means, extends door opening time of a car 1. The door control means 11, when the recognition result by the one beat unit is determined to be invalid by the calculation means, does not extend the door opening time of the car 1.</p> |
