<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for sterilizing the inside of a room which is capable of making sufficient sterilization, is free from propagation of captured microorganisms and is safely usable and a sterile room. CONSTITUTION:This sterile chamber has a UV source 2 which emits UV rays including germicidal rays, a photon releasing material 3 which generates photons by receiving irradiation with the UV rays including the pasteurization rays, electric field setting electrodes 4 and charge particle capturing materials 4 which capture the generated photons, ions and charge particulates in part in the room. The germicidal unit may be formed by enclosing the UV rays source 2 with the photon releasing material 3, the electric field setting electrodes 4 and the charge particle capturing materials 4.</p> |
