<p>The present invention relates to a method for developing a deletion mutant of pseudomonas denitrificans undegrading 3-hydroxypropionic acid to produce 3-hydroxypropionic acid from glycerol, and also for producing 3-hydroxypropionic acid under a condition undegrading 3-hydroxypropionic acid using the same. The present invention ensures a more efficient production of 3-hydroxypropionic acid or 1,3-PDO from low-priced glycerol by means of a gene deletion mutant of pseudomonas denitrificans, thereby reducing production costs of target metabolic products such as 3-hydroxypropionic acid or 1,3-PDO and being usefully applied for a strain producing 3-hydroxypropionic acid or 1,3-PDO.</p> |
