Disclosed is a modular intelligent food delivery system for catering, comprising straight sections of water channel module (101) and curved sections of water channel module (201), wherein end parts of the straight sections of water channel module (101) are mutually fixedly connected together in a longitudinal direction via a dovetail groove socket mechanism (27) to form a straight section of water channel unit (1), end parts of the curved sections of water channel module (201) are mutually fixedly connected together in a circumferential direction via a dovetail groove socket mechanism (27) to form a curved section of water channel unit (2), the end parts of the straight section of water channel unit (1) are fixedly connected together mutually with the end parts of the curved section of water channel unit (2) via a dovetail groove socket mechanism (27) to form a sealed water channel body, water current propelling nozzles (26) are fixedly provided in a water trough of the sealed water channel body, and a water inlet end of the water current propelling nozzles (26) is in communication with a water outlet end of a water supply unit. The system has a simple structure, low raw material investment, a short assembly period, an ideal versatility, and can be re-used. |
