<p>The present invention has a purpose of providing a smart winnowing screen device enabling the excellent selection of multipurpose aggregates in soil, which comprises a main body (100), a multi-selective square screen net (200), a winnowing module (300), a rotating module (400), and a transporting conveyor part (500), thereby multi-selecting aggregates in a selected soil by a single device, which separates and selects a high quality aggregate by a hybrid driving method including a winnowing motion and a rotating motion for production, and which rotates the multi-selective square screen net by 90-360°through the rotating module, and then forcibly hits a net clog rotating and hitting part, thereby unclogging the screen net; and when the net remains clogged, unclogging the screen net continuously by proceeding with the selection process through the winnowing module by simultaneously operating the winnowing module and forcibly using a hitting device during a process of being normally operated after rotating to hit the clogged net and after stopping supply in an inlet for one or two minutes without stopping operation of the device to reduce an equipment input stopping time due to the clogging, thereby obtaining stability, and mass producing customized multipurpose aggregates to fit a using purpose.</p> |
