The present invention relates to a voice guiding system and method for translating guiding information of an AVN device for a vehicle into the language of a smart phone user. The purpose is to provide a system and method for translating a code value for foreign language voice guiding information such as navigation path information guided by a vehicle AVN device installed on a vehicle into the native language of a user after a smart phone receives the code value and guides the user by using the voice. The present invention includes: a vehicle AVN device having a CTS client which transmits the code value of voice guiding information generated in a navigation part, and information on a navigation company or a model in real time; and a smart phone having CTS server which converts the voice guiding code value transmitted from the CTS client into a language which a smart phone user uses, and guides the user using the voice.
