PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide metallocene compounds capable of producing ethylene-based polymers with a sufficient number and length of long chain branches introduced to improve molding processability of metallocene-based polyethylene; olefin polymerization catalyst components and olefin polymerization catalysts that contain the metallocene compounds; and methods of producing olefin polymers (particularly, ethylene-based polymers) using those olefin polymerization catalysts.SOLUTION: A metallocene compound is represented by the general formula (1) in the figure.
