Disclosed are a valve for a water container pack and a dispenser including the same, in which water introduced into the water container pack from the outside is prevented from being exposed to the outside while being stored in the interior of the water container pack, and the valve is opened/closed after the water container pack is connected to the dispenser. The valve for a water container pack comprises; an inlet body (100) that is connected to a mineral water pack (30) having mineral water (10) stored therein and has an inlet hole (110) formed therethrough to enable the mineral water (10) to be introduced or discharged; a valve body (200) that is coupled to the inlet hole (110) and has a flow hole (210) formed therethrough to enable the mineral water (10) to flow; and a sealing body (300) connected to the lower portion of the valve body (200) to open/close the flow hole (210) while exhibiting resilience. |
