<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and program with which displacement of an image in a direction of conveyance of a recording medium can be accurately suppressed compared with the case of correcting displacement of an image in the direction of conveyance of a recording medium by using the existing correction method.SOLUTION: The reference correction amount for correcting the amount of displacement of an image in a direction of conveyance of a recording medium is determined in advance according to the reference image density, and an image forming apparatus approximates the reference correction amount according to the difference between the reference image density and the density of an image to be formed (first difference in image density) (step 408), and controls forming means to form an image to be formed in which the amount of displacement in the direction of conveyance corrected with the approximate correction amount obtained by approximating the reference correction amount (step 412).</p> |
