<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article transportation device capable of safely and easily making a passage that crosses the transportation lane of articles, without requiring a large space.SOLUTION: In an article transportation device 1, first fixed conveyors 21 and 31, which are provided with two rows of conveyor belts 25 and 35 having a space in a direction orthogonal to a transportation direction X, are provided with a space for a passage P in order to make a passage through which crossing is possible in the direction orthogonal to the transportation direction X. A first movable conveyor 41 and a second movable conveyor 51 having a width smaller than the space between the conveyors 25 and 35 can make a transportation lane that can make continuation to the conveyors 25 and 35 by being disposed at the space for a passage P. The first movable conveyor 41 and a second movable conveyor 51 are provided with rolling motion wheels 42 and 52 for rolling on a floor surface P.</p> |
