Disclosed are a multifunctional, high resolution electrofluid inkjet printing system and method. The printing system comprises: a control unit (100), a hard substrate bearing and moving module (600), a jet printing module (500), a roll-to-roll thin film substrate conveyance module (400), a visual inspection module for jet (300), and a micro-environment control unit which is able to control the temperature and humidity and is encased by an outer shell box body. The jet printing module (500) comprises a moving platform controlling the movement of a jet nozzle and the jet nozzle, realising regulation and control of three forms of jet printing, while having a visual inspection module for jet (300) for observing a pattern on a substrate; the hard substrate bearing and moving module (600) is used for bearing and fixing a hard printing medium substrate, making the substrate move relative to the jet nozzle; the roll-to-roll thin film substrate conveyance module (400) is used to feed and suck a flexible substrate, ensuring that the surface of the flexible substrate is level and does not slide during movement; the visual inspection module for jet (300) is used to inspect the spatial flight trajectory of droplets; and a temperature and humidity control module is used to control the temperature and humidity in a printing chamber, ensuring printing stability. |
