A male connector (110) to be cleaned is provided with: a cylindrical male luer (111) having formed therein a flow passage (112) connecting to a tube (118); an outer cylinder (113) surrounding the male luer; and a female thread (115) formed on the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder, the inner peripheral surface facing the male luer. A cleaning adapter (1) is mounted in a removable manner to the male connector. The adapter (1) is provided with: a cylindrical section (10) into which the outer cylinder is inserted and which is liquid-tightly connected to the outer cylinder; a plug body (15) for closing the flow passage in the male luer; and a port (16) connecting to an inner cavity (12) in the cylindrical section. |
