Disclosed is a waveguide film cable having a structure wherein a waveguide is formed on a film. This waveguide film cable is characterized by having a coating layer covering a part or all of the film and/or the waveguide and composed of a material having a Young's modulus equal to or lower than the Young's modulus of the material constituting the film and/or the waveguide.
