PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a short circuit between terminals caused by a whisker even when the whisker is generated in a connection part electrically connected to a connector part of an electronic apparatus or the like, by making a wiring member lead-free. SOLUTION: In this conductive connection member 100, a plurality of nearly-rod-shaped conductor parts 102 are arranged between a pair of insulating base members 104 in parallel with one another at predetermined intervals; and connection terminal parts 106 inserted/extracted into/from a connector part of an electronic apparatus are formed by exposing both ends of the conductor parts from the base members over predetermined length. The conductive connection member is characterized in that non-conductive reinforcing members 108 are attached from both front and back surface sides of the connection terminal parts exposed from the base members; and, on either of the reinforcing members, openings 110 for exposing the connection terminal parts therefrom are formed by removing parts contacting terminal contact parts of the connector parts in connecting it to the connector part within overlapping parts on the connection terminal parts.
