PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning material having a pasteboard which can be manufactured by a technique for manufacturing duplication forms as the base, on the front surface of which, visual information can be formed, and on which unevenness can be determined according to a cushioning effect level which is required for a shipped object to be protected. SOLUTION: This cushioning material having the pasteboard is used for protecting the object to be shipped from an impact. On one surface of the pasteboard, the cushioning material on which unevenness is formed is pasted. On the front surface of the cushioning material, visual information including at least one of characters, a picture and a mark is formed for the cushioning material having the pasteboard.
