<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for performing calibration to an endoscope. <P>SOLUTION: The method 100 is provided for performing calibration to an endoscope. The method 100 includes a process of collecting a calibration image set, a process of determining a calibration image border set related to the calibration image set, a process of collecting clinical images, and a process of determining clinical image borders related to the clinical images. The calibration image set includes at least one calibration image.
